Customer Experience Representative
Contract Assignment 3 months
Full-Time | MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM | Overtime as Needed
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to manage assigned accounts and support sales operations within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts and daily communications
Prepare quotes and coordinate order entry
Review orders for accuracy and expedite as needed
Maintain CRM and ERP systems
Support forecasting and monitor account performance
Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
