Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sheet Metal Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural sheet metal work and will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery within the commercial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of architectural sheet metal projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to update team members and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience in project management within the architectural sheet metal or commercial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
