Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Surgical First Assistant- Registered Nurset for a 13 week travel assignment in St. Louis, MO As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

Required Qualifications :

• One year of recent experience as a Surgical First Assistant RN
• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA or CRNFA) certifications
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulation
• Current BLS (AHA / ARC) Certification

Preferred Qualifications :

Summary :

The Surgical First Assistant is responsible for providing advanced care directly assisting surgeons throughout surgical procedures. Responsibilities can include preoperative patient assessment, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative care management. The position requires exceptional surgical skills, critical thinking abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in the operating room environment.
