The Opportunity

As a Pricing Lead, you'll shape the financial backbone of our government contracting operations. You'll lead pricing initiatives on competitive bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with both regulatory standards and business goals. Your expertise will help position MAXISIQ for success on high-profile federal opportunities while balancing value, compliance, and profitability. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role with influence across the full lifecycle of our capture and proposal process.

What You'll Do

• Build sophisticated cost and pricing models for federal proposals (RFPs, RFQs, task orders, recompetes).
• Develop compliant, compelling Cost / Price volume narratives.
• Create and validate Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and Level of Effort (LOE) analyses.
• Design and execute pricing strategies that enhance our competitive advantage and business growth.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with FAR, DFAR, and other federal compliance frameworks.
• Partner closely with capture managers, program teams, and finance to craft effective, data-driven bid approaches.
• Lead price-to-win analyses, scenario modeling, and margin optimization efforts.
• Develop complete, audit-ready pricing documentation for internal and external review.
• Mentor pricing analysts, refine internal tools, and promote best practices in pricing strategy and compliance.
