About the Role
Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Sales & Leasing Specialist to support sales, leasing, and marketing initiatives across 11 housing communities.
This role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating exceptional resident experiences. You’ll play a key part in driving occupancy and revenue growth by marketing available homes, managing the full sales cycle, and engaging with residents to generate referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market, sell, and lease homes across assigned communities to meet or exceed company goals.
- Proactively self-generate and manage leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct home showings, community tours, and open houses that convert prospects into buyers.
- Execute the full sales process from inquiry through closing, including all documentation and CRM tracking.
- Collaborate with on-site and regional leadership to implement local marketing initiatives.
- Foster positive resident relationships and leverage referrals to drive ongoing sales and leasing success.
Qualifications
Proven success in a sales or leasing role, preferably within residential real estate.Open to candidates with experience in other quota-bearing B2B or B2C sales environments.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.High school diploma or equivalent required; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.Compensation
