Responsibilities Work in an acute care hospital setting specializing in nuclear medicine Perform nuclear medicine studies including hearts, HIDAs, GI bleeds, VQ scans, bone scans, renal, gastric emptying, sentinel node and lymph system injections, lexiscans, pulmonary, and thyroid scans Average daily caseload ranges from 5 to 10 scans Utilize Siemens Symbia equipment Part-time, day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 12 : 30 PM Weekend call required from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Cerner EMR is used for documentation Duties include performing a wide variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic studies and injections Scrub color is teal and must be provided by the candidate Candidates may not have been employed by facilities associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year Managers will conduct interviews with selected candidates Requirements Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in an acute care hospital setting Current ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification Active BLS certification Experience with Siemens Symbia equipment preferred Proficiency with Cerner EMR Must possess a valid Nuclear Medicine license if applicable Submission requires an active state license; pending licenses will not be accepted Two professional references are required : one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years Copy of driver’s license required for consideration No first-time travelers will be considered for this position Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-630667.
