What you will do

As the Operational Analyst, you'll lead change to unlock capacity at Campbell's critical manufacturing sites. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, challenge the status quo, and influence across all levels—from the plant floor to senior leadership—to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver measurable savings. You will shape the future of our Aseptic and Soup operations and drive high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Who will you work with

You'll be embedded within a dynamic Operational Excellence team at the Maxton facility, reporting to the Associate Director, Site Operational Excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations, and interface with hourly team members on the floor through a dotted-line relationship. You'll also engage with senior leadership, including the VP of Operations, on high-visibility initiatives across Aseptic and Soup production areas.

Compensation and benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $71,500 and $102,800. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
