Experience : New Graduates are accepted. SNF experience preferred.

License : Current Physical Therapy Assistant license required.

Certifications : BLS / CPR certification required.

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen attached upon submission.
• Resume and license verification attached upon submission.
• 3 professional references.
• Negative drug screen results.
• Up to date Covid test results required 72 hours prior to start date.
• Completed criminal background checks (county, federal, multi-state, sex offender, HHS / OIG, GSA).
• Social Security Number trace.
• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.

Description :

Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted.

Candidates who do not have the required documents will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate a commitment to providing quality rehabilitation care.

Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to support patient recovery.

Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Engage with patients to motivate and encourage participation in therapy.

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists.

Adhere to best practice standards in patient care.

Participate in continuing education to enhance personal and professional growth.
