Dock Supervisor

We are expanding our network and looking for Dock Supervisors to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience leading dock operations in an LTL freight environment. Pay Range : $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year, General Benefits : Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety of all employees
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Make recommendations to Terminal Manager on advancement opportunities and disciplinary suggestions of terminal employees
• Plan deliveries using the Inbound Planning Tool
• Schedule Drivers to meet customers' expectations with efficient workloads
• Communicate with customers, and company employees on delivery concerns
• Ensure customers requirements are being met
• Enter Customer Pickup Request
• Assign Pickups to the Appropriate Driver
