BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas / S Fort Worth-Burleson / W Fort Worth-Granbury is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing Pediatric Home Health team. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them thrive where they feel safest — surrounded by family. Position Details: Location: Fort Worth Area Shifts: Flexible scheduling – days, nights, and weekends available Status: Part-time Skilled Visits What You’ll Do: * Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician * Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube/g-button care as needed * Monitor and assess the client’s condition and communicate changes to the RN Case Manager or physician * Educate and support family members on patient care and safety procedures * Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care Requirements: Active LVN license in the State of Texas (required) Pediatric and g-tube/g-button experience (required) Home health or private duty nursing experience (preferred) Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable Why BrightStar Care?
