Job Description :

A busy restaurant group located in Midtown is seeking a warm and welcoming Host / Hostess to greet and seat guests. Experience in the restaurant industry is a MUST for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) :

• Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
• Assist with guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient seating process, balancing guest preferences with operational efficiency.
