Job descriptionPatient Demographics : General family medicine patients Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General outpatient family medicine EMR System : EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available : Standard primary care resources Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Nurse practitioner support in outpatient settings Reason for Coverage : Growth and expansion of physician service lines Credentialing Timeline : 90–120 days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Licensure reimbursement (license, CSR, DEA), dues, and subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement (negotiable) General outpatient family medicine care Licenses : Active IN medical license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience : Open to all experience levels Other Qualifications : EMR proficiency (EPIC); supportive group practice structure Deliver comprehensive outpatient family medicine services Participate in 1 : 4 call rotation Collaborate with system physicians in a collegial work environment Use EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation Contribute to system-wide initiatives and quality improvement programs
