Position : ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.

Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments and progress.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the workplace.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback to enhance personal growth.

Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.

Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

Provide feedback and insights to improve patient care and service delivery.

Evaluate and implement new respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.

Experience / Qualifications
