Job descriptionPrevious experience in concrete finishing is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites in Steamboat Springs and surrounding areas. Competitive pay based on experience Housing assistance available (to be discussed during hiring process) — ideal for applicants with longer commutes or those relocating Overtime opportunities with consistent project flow Company truck and equipment provided for foreman / lead roles. Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete finishing, placing, and formwork. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Finish concrete surfaces with precision and care.
- Pour, spread, and level concrete accurately.
- Set up and remove concrete forms.
- Tie rebar and prepare reinforcements for pours.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
