Production Associate - Temp To Perm

Essential Job Functions :

Monitor Production Colors : Visually inspects ongoing production runs to confirm the correct primary and accent yarn colors are in use, ensuring proper bobbin colors are loaded on the creel.

Inventory Checks : Regularly inspects inventory levels of yarns, jute, and cotton to maintain adequate stock for production needs.

Bobbin Replacement : Replaces low or empty bobbins as required to maintain continuous operation.

Bobbin Management : Utilizes special spindles for damaged or crushed bobbins and separates those that need rewinding.

Yarn Threading : Threads yarn along the designated path to the loom according to operational guidelines.

Quality Control : Visually inspects yarn paths for crossed or tangled yarns and corrects any issues before they reach the loom.

Weight Loading : Loads the appropriate weights onto yarn as per production requirements.

Raw Material Repairs : Identifies and repairs issues with raw materials, including jute, cotton, and other base materials.

Jute Table Loading : Loads jute tables when necessary to support uninterrupted production.

Area Maintenance : Keeps the creel and loom area clean by sweeping and performing general housekeeping duties.

Communication : Coordinates with the Creel Manager and Shipping Department to communicate raw material needs and inventory concerns.
