Registered Nurse (RN) - Walk In Clinic\n\nFull Time\n\nDays\n\nRN-Clinic\n\nRN provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.\n\nReports to : Clinical Nurse Supervisor\n\nFLSA : Non-exempt\n\nEducation : Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred\n\nLicense : Current RN to practice in the state of (TN)\n\nCertifications : BCLS\n\nRequired Skills\n

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Essential Functions\n
• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.\n
• Documents patient care given.\n
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.\n
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.\n
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual / psychosocial support needs.\n
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and / or family and provides patient / family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.\n
