Your New Role

Prospect and close service maintenance agreements, emergency repair contracts, and HVAC retrofit projects

Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and energy audits to closing the deal

Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in commercial and light-industrial facilities

Present digital proposals focused on ROI (energy savings, uptime, and compliance)

Sell into facilities ranging from 5,000 to over 1 million square feet

Collaborate closely with internal service technicians and project managers to ensure a seamless customer experience

This role is based in Maryland, serving the Baltimore-Washington Metro area

Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC sales experience

Proven track record in closing service agreements, repairs, and retrofit projects

Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and their applications

Ability to sell based on value, not just price

Comfortable with prospecting and managing a full sales cycle

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Valid driver’s license
