Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Overview

Northmarq is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of personalized customer journeys across email, web, and other digital channels. This role blends technical expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise with strategic marketing insight to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution : Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
• Build and optimize multi-step nurture programs, dynamic content, and landing pages to support lifecycle marketing, brand marketing, and lead generation.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing automation strategies that align with Northmarq’s commercial real estate services.
• Collaborate with business marketing leads to design demand generation strategies and campaign messaging.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales processes and integrated with Salesforce CRM.

Salary range for this position (Minnesota Residents) : $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
