Job Description

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Technician (2nd Shift). This role will take place at our growing facility in El Paso, TX on 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3 : 45pm-11 : 45pm).

The Manufacturing Engineer Technician will support and help the Manufacturing Engineer drive continuous improvement in the electrical assembly operations. This position will assist and as appropriate sometimes lead in the conceptualization and execution of capital projects and development of manufacturing methods and processes. The employee in this role will support operations, and capital assets (equipment, machinery, building, etc.). As the Manufacturing Engineer Technician you will act as the main link between production associates and Manufacturing Engineer / I 4.0 Engineer.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $53253.0 - $78104.4 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
