    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product & Innovation to lead the development and execution of digital product strategies that enhance operational effectiveness, drive automation, and support new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for defining the enterprise strategy for digital solutions and internal product development. This role involves leading a team of product managers, solution architects, analysts, and technologists, and collaborating with executive leadership to align innovation efforts with strategic goals. The VP will also be a trusted partner to business functions, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and will be at the forefront of exploring external customer and market needs to define novel digital products and services. Applicants for the Vice President of Product & Innovation position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT, product development, or innovation roles, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading digital product teams and innovation programs, experience with enterprise platforms, and familiarity with agile product development methodologies. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams are essential. The role demands a deep knowledge of digital platforms, product development, and automation strategies, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset focused on user experience and measurable business value.
