As an Experience Design Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the evolution of complex user experiences across various platforms. You will be at the heart of problem resolution, applying your extensive functional expertise and industry knowledge to develop groundbreaking methods and improve processes. This role is not just about design; its about leadership, mentorship, and strategic influence, guiding initiatives that redefine how users interact with our clients offerings.

• Your Impact Will Include :
• Leading complex projects that significantly enhance user experiences across diverse digital and physical platforms.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of user-centered design excellence and continuous learning.
• Developing and articulating clear, compelling objectives that translate user insights into tangible results and meet organizational goals.
• Influencing critical decision-making processes at the senior leadership level, advocating for user needs and strategic design direction.
• Driving the design and support for key strategic experiences, ensuring content and design align with overarching business objectives.
• Performing highly complex design work for digital and physical products and services, leveraging extensive domain knowledge.
• Developing and delivering innovative strategies that benefit both customers and product users, setting new benchmarks for engagement.
• Leading major business projects that significantly impact the Experience Design function and broader organizational success.
• Designing, evaluating, and selecting process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs, coupled with deep industry trend analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement global process improvements rooted in user insights.
• Must-Have Skills & Experience :
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in user experience design or a related field.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs and industry trends.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams to implement global process improvements based on user insights, coupled with experience mentoring junior team members in user-centered design practices.
• Exceptional ability to influence decision-making at the senior leadership level, driving strategic alignment and adoption of design principles.
• Extensive business expertise in performing highly complex digital and physical product and service design.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading major business projects within an Experience Design context.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80 to $89. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
