We are continuously looking to grow our brand and we are constantly bidding on some of the top projects in the multi-family sector. We are looking to bring on an Assistant Superintendent to join our team in Santa Maria! If you are an Assistant Superintendent with Multi-family experience, please read on!

What you will do:

• Multi-Family New Construction Projects
• First Project: 1000+ unit master plan garden-style community
• Work side by side with Project Management team
• Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
• Work with clients so projects meet their needs

What you need:

• 1+ years of Superintendent experience
• 1+ years of Multi-family Experience
• Worked at least one Multi-family project
• High School Diploma
