Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup

Document case details in Salesforce and escalate issues as necessary

Host remote sessions to address technical problems and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support

Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking

Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce

Ability to work calmly and confidently with clinicians and biomedical teams
