Riggs CAT is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Support Sales Manager to lead our Product Support Sales Rep team. This role combines high-level sales strategy, team leadership, and client engagement in the heavy equipment industry. You’ll drive revenue growth, mentor a team of Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs), and collaborate with Caterpillar and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Drive consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage complex financing solutions.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Ensure safety compliance and optimize inventory and profitability.
  • Travel extensively (50–75%) to engage with clients and support field operations.
  • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree encouraged
  • 10-years industry (construction / heavy industrial) experience preferred
  • Minimum 5-years sales experience required
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Consultative selling expertise and a passion for customer success.
