Inventory Associate / Parts Runner

We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and can manage responsibilities across multiple locations.

Essential Job Functions :

• Deliver parts to internal field technicians at job sites
• Transport and restock materials at storage sheds and remote storage locations
• Receive and organize inventory in proper storage areas
• Work remotely to assist with email-based parts coordination and inventory tracking
• Communicate with internal staff to determine parts needed for technician return trips
• Maintain accurate records of transfers, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Ensure storage units are fully stocked and kept clean and organized
• Occasional physical tasks including loading and unloading company vehicles
• Physical inventory of storage units and technician trucks
