A highly regarded global law firm is seeking an attorney to join its fast-growing Cyber and Data Privacy practice. This group provides comprehensive cyber insurance coverage and litigation defense services, in addition to 24 / 7 / 365 breach response support to insurers and major corporations. The team operates collaboratively across a large international network, supporting clients in nearly 25 jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas :

• Litigation (3–6 years) :
• Experience handling federal litigation, developing litigation strategies, drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials. Strong client communication skills required.
• Incident Response (2–6 years) :
• Background in cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory / data risk issues. Candidates should be comfortable advising on data breach investigations, regulatory actions, and privacy-related concerns.
