Please note : This position is for the night shift only. Applicants must be available to work overnight hours.

Purpose & Scope :

Responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment in all areas of the facility.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for various aspects of maintenance and calibration of all facilities and process equipment, including electrical equipment and systems.
• Read schematics, troubleshoot PLC programs, scale controls, flow controls (air and liquid), and level controls.
• Provide technical assistance in the diagnosis and resolution of the computerized building monitoring system (Fire, Security, and HVAC).
• Maintain the integrity of mechanized and manual records on facility and process control equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibrations through the use of sophisticated test equipment.
• Read schematics, build, and troubleshoot process equipment, process control panels, and site support systems including inspection, installation, repair, and modifications.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
