Your Role :
In the role of Veterinary Team Leader, you will foster the growth of both new and experienced veterinarians to ensure every patient receives exceptional care. Your focus will be on creating a positive and efficient work environment while making a real impact in the community.

Work Schedule :
This position typically follows a Monday - Friday schedule with occasional flexibility. You will primarily work on-site at the Community Veterinary Clinic, with required visits to other ASPCA locations based on needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor veterinary staff, ensuring adherence to high-quality care protocols.Perform high-quality, high-volume spay / neuter surgeries and provide preventive care.Communicate effectively with clients and provide guidance during difficult veterinary situations.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve ASPCA's mission and maintain a positive work culture.Participate in administrative duties including staff scheduling and monthly meetings.Qualifications :
Current California State Veterinary License.Demonstrated leadership skills in challenging situations.Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment.Fear Free Shelter certification required within 60 days of hire.Educational Background :
