About the Role

ZetaChain is looking for a Lead Product Designer to help support the team efforts around ZetaChain's core products. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, innovation, and fun, allowing you to work across multiple domains, including visual design, UX and strategy to help the team continue to build great products. You'll also be working with other members of the team across timezones and continents to collaboratively develop ideas, get feedback from, and continuously improve our products.

What You'll Do :

• Lead with Great UX : Take ownership of designing web3 products that delight users, solve for complex business and development needs while challenging the current crypto norms.
• Dynamic Feature Design : Work on new and existing features that are unique to web3 to enhance our products and bring value for our users at scale.
• Full Product Lifecycle : Design products and features from the ground up, from concept to high-fidelity designs, prototyping and iterating along the way.
• Collaborative Development : Partner closely with the product and engineering team to craft great products and help bring the designs to life throughout development and implementation.
• Research & UX : Conduct UX research to identify user needs, improve experiences, and ensure products meet real-world requirements as needed.

We believe that collaboration is supercharged when we share space together. Many members of our team work hybrid from our San Francisco office , and we aim for 2 to 3 in-office days per week . We know life happens, whether it's travel, appointments, or family needs and we're flexible when the schedule needs to shift. But generally, we value showing up, building together, and keeping the energy high. The company is a mix of remote and local team members.

Compensation :

Base Salary : $160,000 - $200,000 (San Francisco benchmark)

This range reflects base salaries for roles in the San Francisco market. For candidates in other locations, compensation is adjusted to remain competitive within their local market.

In addition to the base salary, all full-time team members receive an additional 10% to 25% in liquid benefits with upside based on role, experience, and impact. We believe in building together and sharing in the long-term success of the network. Compensation packages are designed to be competitive and aligned with the growth of both the team and the ecosystem.
