Develop project schedule and oversee schedule management; maintain, update and monitor project schedules and work plans in accordance with the Scheduling Procedure.Analyze project schedule to provide performance reporting and identify variances from the execution plan.Provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure projects meet required in service dates.Attend project meetings to receive status updates and ensure schedule alignment with key stakeholders, make necessary adjustments to schedules and communicate to PM team / s.Develop, coordinate and maintain schedule, resource and other data within Primavera P6.Provide monthly updates on Key Milestones for OSA Performance Metrics.Implement new processes and / or new templates to enhance current best practices.Analyze P6 schedule information independently and provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure the work meets required in-service / go live dates.Job Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction or Engineering and a minimum 3 years of experience with with Projects Controls concepts (project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout).
- Strong effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Must be a self-starter capable of seeking out project-related information from project stakeholders.
- Full proficiency and experience with Scheduling computer applications ( Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office suite.
- Must have and maintain a valid US drivers’ license and a safe and satisfactory driver history.
- Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required

- PMP certificate
- MBA or advance technical degree.
- Experience and knowledge of electric power systems.
- Experience with project management document management software applications.
