Tax Manager Description @ WWRE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Manager with a strong background in tax preparation, review, and planning for businesses, individuals, and trusts. At WWRE, our Tax Managers serve not only as client advisors but also as mentors to our staff accountants. Our firm supports a broad and stable client base, reflecting the key industries of Southwest Florida — including medical, construction, real estate, professional services, agriculture, and high-net-worth families. Responsibilities for this role include reviewing and preparing complex tax returns, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for resolving IRS matters. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow, develop professionally, and pursue a partnership track in public accounting.

Manager Responsibilities :

• Review tax returns and support documentation for Business, Individual, and Trust tax returns.
• Preparation of complex business and individual tax returns.
• Income & Estate Tax Planning
• Manage and resolve client IRS matters.
• Train, guide and mentor staff members
• Willingness to devote time to Business Development and Community Service
