About The Role

This isnt just an engineering role. As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer at Rec, youll be a hands-on builder and technical leader shaping our platforms futureand our engineering culture. Youll own everything from React / Next.js UI to Node / Postgres services, partnering with Product and Design to turn bold ideas into rock-solid reality.

Youll set the technical compass, lead by example in the codebase, and coach others to do the sameestablishing the structure, standards, and velocity that fuel a scaling startup.
