About the Role :

As a Roof Salesperson, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners meet when they need roof repairs. On a typical day you’ll :

• Visit several homes to inspect and diagnose roofing issues
• Capture photos and details to create accurate repair records
• Prepare and present repair estimates using our standardized price book
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners in clear, simple terms
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and secure job approval
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff for repair completion

This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your days in the field, meeting homeowners, climbing roofs, and preparing estimates, while also being the face of On Tops in the community.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
