Electric Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up electrical service or installation calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential Electric systems.
  • Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
  • Educate customers about their Electric systems, ensuring they understand the functions and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.

    • What You Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential Electric services.
  • Familiarity with Electric codes and safety procedures.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
