Pay Range : 100,000 to 130,000 per year

Location : Office near Escondido with work from home a few days a week

About the Role

My retained client is looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll work with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and our team to keep jobs on time, on budget, and done right.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project kickoff and planning
• Review contracts and budgets
• Manage costs, invoices, and schedules
• Handle change orders and RFIs
• Update clients and attend meetings
• Work with subs and vendors to keep projects moving
• Support closeout and final handoff
