A company is looking for a VP, Consumer Product Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Create and drive strategy for membership offerings and experiences in collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology teams
Define and execute strategies to enhance member lifetime value, reduce churn, and improve contribution margins
Provide business insights and develop scalable cross-functional processes to support strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in consumer strategy, product, or general management within membership-driven brands
Strong analytical and financial instincts with a proven track record of using data to drive strategy and performance
Experience in building or scaling membership or loyalty programs that enhance retention and customer satisfaction
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
