What You'll Do

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of educational assessment products. As Edmentum's Assessments Solutions Director, you'll architect and execute bold strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and accelerate the adoption of our innovative assessment offerings in emerging and high-growth markets. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how students and educators optimize the use of our products, leveraging insights and partnerships to make a lasting difference.

In this role you will :

• Champion Edmentum's assessment solutions, owning ambitious sales targets and inspiring regional teams to exceed pipeline goals.
• Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to fuel growth through new product launches and market expansion.
• Lead the development and execution of cross-functional, national go-to-market strategies that position Edmentum as a leader in assessments.
• Empower sales teams with cutting-edge enablement, training, and coaching, elevating product knowledge and market positioning.
• Analyze market trends in K12 assessment strategies, delivering actionable intelligence and feedback across departments.
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, representing Edmentum at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Drive innovation and adaptability, ensuring our solutions align with evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

Who You Are

Pay range for this role : $130,000 - $170,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
