Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License

Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience (Emergency Room preferred)

Certifications required : ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI

Experience with GE medical equipment

Ability to float to other hospital units as needed

Strong professionalism and dedication to patient care

Required uniform : Scrubs

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department

Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute medical conditions

Perform advanced emergency room procedures and interventions

Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and unit secretaries in a variable staffing model

Accurately document patient care using Expanse EMR system

Float to other units within the hospital as required

Support a positive healthcare team environment and contribute to nurse development
