Overview
Creative Services Co-Op at The Boston Beer Company. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence within commuting distance according to the team’s weekly schedule.
What You’ll Brew
- Create, design, and deliver world class custom promotional services (menu cards, banners, posters, case cards, etc.) for internal (sales / office) and external customers (distributors).
- Create and design custom items that reflect the brand strategy to encourage product purchase.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in your work.
- Use strong communication skills to build rapport with internal contacts (sales personnel and office staff) and external customers (wholesalers, vendors) by providing answers and solutions.
- Work directly with print vendors to ensure high quality printing and delivery of point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Digitally enhance artwork / images supplied by accounts for use on custom orders.
- Duplicate orders to customer specifications.
- Consult with Legal on liability issues to ensure promotional pieces comply with state / federal restrictions, trademarks, etc.
- Organize custom orders for packaging, including completion of all shipping information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all jobs are turned around within department expectations.

Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.Must be able to commit to a 6 month Co-Op Cycle – January to July 2026.Must be able to commute 3 days a week to Seaport Area in Boston, MA (Tuesday – Thursday) and work remotely with wifi connection (Monday & Friday).Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders.Team player with a positive attitude.Responsive and accessible; follows up on commitments and is detail-oriented.Preferred Qualifications
Student resumes must include a link to an online portfolio.Strong typography skills and solid knowledge of InDesign.In accordance with pay transparency laws, the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
