Summary :

Brainstorming ideas, executing and evaluating youth-focused music and arts initiatives. This role ensures programs align with the organization’s mission and run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and carry out youth (ages 12-25) music and art-based programs
• Oversee program logistics, budgets, and timetables.
• Oversee volunteers and program assistants.
• Work together with artists, community partners, and schools.
• Track and assess the results and efficacy of the program.
• Create reports for stakeholders and funders.
