Job descriptionDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial production manufacturing equipment Perform preventive maintenance on robotics, drive motors, conveyors, pumps, and lifts Install, dismantle, reassemble, and move machinery as needed Attend team meetings including Safety Committee and shift meetings Promote and uphold safety protocols across the facility Communicate effectively with Maintenance Coordinator regarding tasks and safety issues 2+years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical PLC schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Strong Electrical troubleshooting skills; (motors, sensors, PLC's. 3-Phase 480V systems, control panels) Proficient with Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC systems Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Working knowledge of safety and OSHA standards in an industrial environment Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Basic computer skills for work order entry and maintenance logs Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work 12hr shifts plus overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, platform work and stand for long periods
Job Description
Position : Industrial Technician
Reports To : Maintenance Manager
Experience Required : 2+ years as a Industrial Technician / Mechanic within Manufacturing
Shift : 1st shift OR 3rd Shift = 12hr Shifts + OT + Weekends
Pay Range : $28 to $32 / hour
Location : Henrietta, TX
