Surgery physician employment in Washington :

Join a dedicated, collegial practice as a full-time General Surgeon at Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla. Enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team that has tremendous support from administration and leadership.

This role is at an elective general surgery practice with only 6 days of trauma acute surgery call per year.

Position Details :

  • Full-time; 36-hour Monday to Friday flexible schedule
  • Elective / bread-and-butter general surgery practice
  • 6 days of trauma acute surgery call per year
  • Weekly multidisciplinary breast cancer conference on-site
  • Opportunity to do breast surgeries if interested
  • 24 / 7 Trauma & Acute Surgicalists available to support your elective practice
  • Excellent family friendly community with exceptional public schools
  • Support of advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Compensation is between $436,605 and $537,982 per year
  • Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and retirement
  • Providence St. Mary qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

    • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

    Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Must be a board-certified / board-eligible General Surgeon (MD / DO)
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience required
