We’re searching for a skilled, proactive, and reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties within the Colorado Springs region and ensure our spaces are always safe, functional, and beautifully presented.

What You’ll Do

Facility Care & Repairs

• Perform routine inspections across assigned venues (ceremony sites, ballrooms, offices, suites, kitchens)
• Complete general repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, and power washing
• Maintain safety systems, lighting, and HVAC performance
• Oversee landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor lighting for ceremony spaces
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and quarterly inspection reports
• Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized support is required
