Housing Coordinator

Supportive Housing organization has openings for Housing Coordinators temp to perm. Must have housing experience. Demonstrates ability to understand housing subsidies and provides families with guidance and support with the application process. Cultivates relationships and develops new linkages with real estate rental brokers and landlords to ensure families have access to current information and housing resources. Coordinates client sponsored Housing Fairs, coordinate housing workshops which address client issues and needs. Coordinates and facilities group meetings with new families. Arranges apartment viewings and interviews with landlords. Two years of experience with a Bachelors degree. Four years of experience with a Associates degree. Willingness and ability to travel to potential housing sites as required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Pay $26-$27.
