Fulfillment Specialist Assistant

As an Fulfillment Specialist Assistant (FSA), you will be essential in creating a world-class service experience for our clients and must be passionate about providing flawless customer service. This person will be a point of contact for all warehouse or shipping-related inquiries. An AMA is expected to have in-depth shipping knowledge, be familiar with warehouse operations, and quickly and professionally respond to client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and resolve client issues or concerns relating to fulfillment and order processing
• Generate reports for clients
• Track and manage work orders
• Proactively monitor the clients’ account
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of OWD operations, policies, procedures, and additional services
• Collaborate with other departments to accomplish goals
• Inform OWD leadership about important client opportunities, events, and concerns
• Infrequent travel may be required for this role
