Key Responsibilities :
Establish rapport with customers through empathetic and professional interaction
Manage and respond to 25 emails and 10 phone requests daily to meet team SLAs
Document customer cases, including issues experienced and steps taken for resolution
Required Qualifications :
Technical proficiency in computer systems and Google Suite
Experience in SaaS support, particularly with 3D Modeling software or AutoCAD
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage individual queues and meet SLAs
Experience in documenting customer interactions and resolutions
