Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team and help ensure our facility, equipment, and systems operate at peak performance to support safe, efficient production.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth operation of the manufacturing facilities. The primary responsibility is to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the buildings ,machinery and equipment .

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with EH&S and interdepartmentally to constantly implement Safety Improvement Solutions throughout the facility.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on buildings, production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identify potential issues, and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Carry out repairs and adjustments on machines, including replacing faulty parts, calibrating instruments, and restoring functionality.
• Collaborate with production operators and other team members to address equipment-related concerns and provide technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of spare parts and specialized equipment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to manufacturing maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
