Ready to start a new career in sales? We’re looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you’ll focus on bringing in new customers. You'll work with potential clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals. We need someone who is energetic, well-spoken, and eager to drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

Make daily outbound cold calls to new potential clients.

  • Door knocking - Travel to and meet with clients for in-person presentations and sales pitches.

Research and qualify new leads from various sources, including business directories, web searches, and digital campaigns.

Present and explain our services to prospective customers.

Answer client questions and follow up to move them through the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to close sales and build a strong pipeline.

Track and report on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.

Maintain accurate client information in our CRM database.

What We’re Looking For

Must have a valid Driver License

A self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with a positive attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.

Experience making cold calls and connecting with new people.

Previous experience in an inside / outside sales or outbound call center environment is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (like HubSpot).

High school diploma or equivalent.
