Job description

A company is looking for a Part-Time (1099) Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members

Deliver preventive care remotely and document progress notes and care plans

Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams and comply with service policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Must be based in New Jersey

Certification as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or MD / DO from an accredited program

Current unencumbered NJ Licensure as a Registered Nurse or valid New Jersey medical doctor license

Minimum of 1 year clinical work experience providing direct patient care

Master's degree in advanced clinical practice nursing or an MD / DO
