Lockheed Martin is seeking a General Supply Chain Subcontract Administrator for a position in Arlington, TX to support the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. The THAAD Global Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem-solver to add to its Program Execution Team. As a Subcontract Administrator, it will be your responsibility to facilitate the procurement cycle from PO placement to part delivery and develop professional working relationships with your supply base. The selected candidate will be required to provide part delivery status to Executive leadership multiple times weekly / monthly. Candidate will also be required to identify delivery issues to leadership that may impact build support and develop mitigation plans to keep build lines operational. These mitigation plans will be documented and statuses for execution, ensuring parts arrive to support build. THAAD is a fast-paced program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences. This position is hybrid and presently requires on-site support at minimum 2-3 days per week. Travel will be required. Must be a US Citizen.

This position will require a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline
• Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain
• Experience with Program and Supply Chain Risk and Opportunity Management
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
• Must be a US Citizen

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
